Join Kathleen Carrillo, a Certified Soul Coach and award winning artist for a process oriented visual journaling art retreat Mexico. It is held in the heart of the Romantic Zone right above the gallery in Puerto Vallarta. This Mexican Riviera creative workshop will be held two times in 2023-24. We will be staying in the Artist Loft Inn above the Kathleen Carrillo Galleries. It is Living a bohemian lifestyle in the heart of Romantic Zone!
Spend each morning with an optional stretching class before our full breakfast at our local corner Cafe. Begin our day with a meditation and sacred circle, sharing ideas, stories, joys or challenges, and then move into our studio to experience a half day of self discovery through this process oriented visual journaling along with many other creative exercises. You then have your day free to shop, work, lunch at one of many locations, work on your journaling homework or just spend it resting and reflecting. Your dinners will be self directed either in the old town PV or light snacks in house.

Kathleen is your group facilitator, your Creative instructor, a university professor of fine art, and a certified Soul Coach. She will encourage you how to combine travel and creativity in a magical visual journaling workshop experience. She loves sharing her time, her knowledge of the arts, her coaching to help you find your truth, and is intimately familiar with Puerto Vallarta as it is one of her homes and loves to share her knowledge and joy of this part of the world.
