My Original Jazz Paintings shows my love of music that inspired this original jazz collection, Smok’in, Jazz. It is a series of Musicians deep in their bliss. They are doing what they do best, sharing their dazzlingly soulful music.
My Process
It is my desire to create a work that expresses the magic of music through vivid colors and exuberant brush work. When I am in the middle of working on this collection I always play jazz music. As I step back to look at the progress, I imagine and feel the music wafting from the painting. It truly gives me chills. Some of them are still available. Many of them can be purchased as limited edition Giclee Prints, and open edition prints.
