These Bathing Beauties Prints and Paintings are a Collection entitled Friends And Divas and they are inspired by the power, wisdom and diversity of the feminine spirit!  I have been creating Bathing Beauties using the female form to depict the events in my own life, from motherhood, to women’s liberation, my Goddess phase, and now the newest part of my life, women Friends And Divas of all shapes, ages and sizes. It is about the women friendships that we collect along life’s journey and how they endure, about the strength and wisdom of women as they age gracefully into their fullness.

They are Friends and Divas paintings filled with my respect and inspiration of feminine energy.  There is no better ally than a woman friend.  You can have many years pass in your life and in a moment of crisis, contact a long time friend that you have not spoken to in five years, and your conversation with her will start up as if no time has ever passed.  Women’s Friendships are like diamonds.  We must treasure them like a collection of jewels.  It is women friends who will be there long after partners leave, or pass on, and they will be there for laughter and cocktails long into our old age.
