Kathleen Carrillo’s travels have taken her to Magical Places across the globe. The Architectural Whimsy Collection is a colorful, vibrant and playful series that began during her travels in Europe. As she developed this series it came to her attention that everyone has that special attachment to their memories of these magical places. These inspirational experiences have blossomed into multiple images of beloved US locations as well as Europe and Mexico.

Every year Kathleen shares her experiences of these magical places in her wildly successful Painting Workshops. This year she will be traveling on a two month sojourn and will share one of those weeks with those who want to experience painting in a new and wondrous place. Kathleen is starting her European trip in Sorrento, Italy. It is an amazing historical town on the Amalfi Coast and will be the home base for this years painting workshop.
